About The Position

This position is part of our Extended Season , requiring availability from early May through the first week of January 2027. Applicants must be able to commit to working during this entire time frame. This position is available for those ages 18+. Job Description This position serves as a communication hub for park operations.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
Ability to function in uncommon and stressful situations.
Must complete Command Base training with an instructor and pass performance review conducted by management.

Responsibilities

Understand telephone and radio operation.
Document all telephone and radio calls and dispatches using ParkPulse software.
Respond to minor and major incidents in a calm and professional manner.
Perform a pre-opening check of all equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
Complete and submit Opening/Closing Command Base Checklist daily.
Keep Command Base clean and organized.
Follow all Host Handbook standards, including uniform requirements.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform emergency response procedures as outlined in the Emergency Action Plan.
Monitor weather software and respond as outlined in the Emergency Action Plan.
Make public announcements.
