About The Position

The Extended Operations - Dedicated Account Manager takes on more complex accounts and is expected to handle client relationships with greater autonomy. This role requires the ability to identify client needs, propose solutions, and manage projects to improve account performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and account growth strategies
  • Ability to handle client escalations and build long-term relationships

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of medium to large accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop strategic plans to grow client accounts and meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute client requirements and deliverables
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide proactive solutions to meet client expectations
  • Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients
  • Generate and present reports on account health, growth, and performance
