Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with children in a school, camp, or youth program setting preferred
- Some college coursework in education, child development, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage students in structured and unstructured activities
- Assist with homework support and academic enrichment
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and enrichment activities
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
- Help with daily set-up, clean-up, and organization of program materials
- Follow all school and program policies and procedures
