Your Role at Sana Lake Sana Lake is seeking an Extended Care Coordinator to help support our Members for Life initiative, who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover! The Extended Care Coordinator will dedicate their time to supporting Sana Lake Members for Life (Alumni) and Housing Program in sustaining recovery through engagement with Member for Life, Housing, and Extended Care events. They will support and encourage alumni through follow-up calls, events, and resources. They will maintain an active, supportive Sana Lake Alumni network that creates bonds and friendships, provides recovery role models, and reinforces goals.
Requirements
- A high school diploma (or GED)
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the field of substance use and/or mental health with a general understanding of substance use disorders.
Nice To Haves
- Members for Life experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Sana Lake Members for Life (Alumni) and Housing Program in sustaining recovery through engagement with Member for Life, Housing, and Extended Care events.
