About The Position
We are seeking current Extend Agents interested in developing their training, coaching, and leadership skills to join our Backup Trainer rotation. This is an alternating Trainer position based on business and training needs. When assigned to a training class, you will assist with facilitating and supporting training. When not actively training, you will return to your regular agent responsibilities on the phones. Previous Trainer experience is not required. Experience as an SME, mentor, peer coach, QA, nesting support, team lead, or similar role is a plus.
Requirements
- Current Extend employee (Internal Only).
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Good quality and performance scores.
- Strong knowledge of Extend processes and procedures.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Confidence speaking and presenting to groups.
- Patience.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Dependability, professionalism, and leadership.
- Ability to accept and apply feedback.
- Flexibility to transition between training and phone responsibilities.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Trainer experience.
