Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is a 126-bed, inpatient psychiatric hospital and start-up joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services. In addition to a general adult unit and dedicated adolescent unit, the facility offers services for treating those with co-occurring disorders on the psychiatric-medical unit, an intensive adult unit to care for those with severe conditions, as well as a women’s trauma unit. Expressive Arts Managers are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks: Provides structure to ensure that the assigned EA clinical team and programming meets all required regulatory services and compliance requirements. Is trained to support the clinical and administrative needs of PHP. Manages the EA department schedule and approves timecards. Provides supervision and direction on complex cases and assists with safety and behavioral programming parameters. Develop and implement EA therapy treatment plans that are age appropriate, and consistent with overall treatment goals. Maintain the clinical and administrative documentation associated with performed services. Facilitates individual and patient groups that are well prepared and beneficial to clients using EA modalities. Assist in keeping supplies and equipment organized and in working condition. Manage ordering EA supplies for the department and for the hospital suites.
