Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Hard-working and dependable work ethic
Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Diagnose minor vehicle issues and communicate findings to customers and management
- Ensure all work is completed to company and safety standards in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and explaining services performed
- Assist with other service duties as needed to support the team
