About The Position

Tom Wood Audi is currently searching for motivated and detail-oriented Express Technicians to join our team. As an Express Technician, you will perform routine maintenance services while gaining hands-on experience with Audi vehicles and advanced automotive technology. Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Basic automotive knowledge or previous experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Familiarity with basic shop equipment is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks efficiently and accurately
Conduct multi-point inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs
Complete minor repairs such as replacing filters, wiper blades, and bulbs
Accurately document all services performed according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to support customer recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Follow all dealership safety protocols and procedures
Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Audi technology and service processes
Perform additional duties as assigned
