About The Position

As an Express Technician , you will perform routine vehicle maintenance services in a fast-paced environment following established procedures to ensure high-quality standards. This includes rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is preferred but not required
Strong physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Inspect and top off vehicle fluids including oil, coolant, transmission, brake, power steering, differential, and windshield wiper fluid
Replace filters and other maintenance-related parts as needed
Rotate tires and perform multi-point inspections
Maintain shop cleanliness, safety standards, and efficient workflow by assisting with inventory and general tasks
Complete all required documentation accurately and ensure compliance with regulations
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes
Demonstrate professionalism, positive attitude, and effective communication with customers and team members
Perform additional duties as assigned
