About The Position
Jeff Wyler Florence Buick GMC is currently accepting applications for a Flat Rate Express Technician!! Automotive Express Technician As an Express Tech, you will be responsible for providing efficient, high-quality maintenance and repair services in our fast-paced express service department. In this role, you will ensure that our customers, regardless of ability, receive the same level of service and care. Your tasks will include performing routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in automotive detailing
- Expertise in applying PPF, and other advanced detailing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, reach, grab with arms
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery tests, and filter replacements
- Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to the service team
- Maintain clean and organized service bays and tools
- Safely drive customer and dealership vehicles in and out of service areas
- Complete repair orders accurately and on time
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates about vehicle needs
- Participate in on-the-job and manufacturer training
