Express Technician
About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Express Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing vehicles by performing routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotation, multi-point inspections, and fluid changes. The ideal candidate has automotive experience or a willingness to learn and must be able to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of automotive service or repair is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Customer service focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Dependable and safety-conscious work ethic
- Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs
- Check and top off or replace fluids and filters including oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, coolant, and windshield wiper fluid
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections following established procedures
- Complete accurate documentation in compliance with company and safety standards
- Support shop safety and appearance by maintaining inventory and general housekeeping
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions
- Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
