About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Express Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing vehicles according to established standards, including rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing fluids. You will inspect oil levels, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. The ideal candidate has some automotive experience or a strong willingness to learn. Automotive training or repair experience is a plus. We provide competitive pay and offer additional training and certification for Certified and Master Certified Technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional, dependable, and safety-oriented
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs
• Check and top off or replace fluids and maintenance parts as needed
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations
• Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards
• Support efficient shop operations through inventory stocking and general duties
• Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
