The Lube Technician is responsible for performing express lube duties on vehicles. This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include adhering to express lube guidelines, performing lube, oil and filter changes, lubricating all joints, reporting necessary repairs to service advisors, installing completed LOF reminder stickers, checking and refilling battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant levels. The technician must also ensure the vehicle is clean, free of fluid residue or fingerprints, and that fluid levels are checked prior to vehicle release. The role requires maintaining CSI at or above Company standards, maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work area, participating in required training, accurately recording hours worked, following Safeguards rules and regulations, demonstrating the Company’s Core Values, and complying with Company policies and procedures. The employee must also observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties may be assigned.
