About The Position

As an Express Service & Tire Technician, you’ll perform essential maintenance services that keep our customers safe and their vehicles running at peak performance. You’ll work closely with our service advisors and technicians, follow Nissan factory standards, and help deliver the high-quality service Crowley is known for.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; automotive technology coursework a plus
• Experience in express service, quick lube, or basic automotive maintenance preferred
• Ability to follow repair documentation and complete work accurately
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Crowley Auto Group technician career path

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services with accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct multi-point inspections using Nissan dealership software and inspection tools
• Check and top off fluid levels, including steering, transmission, brake, and differential fluids
• Lubricate moving components and perform preliminary wheel alignment checks
• Document all work performed clearly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service and support CSI performance goals
• Follow Nissan factory procedures and quality standards at all times
