Requirements

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and repair issues
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting heavy parts and working in various positions
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

Technician experience preferred but not required
High school or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, analyze, and complete repairs
Complete oil, lube, and filter changes
Perform necessary diagnostics and inspections
Communicate vehicle maintenance and repair needs effectively to Service Writers
Develop new skills through ASE certification and factory training as required by management
Input repair information into computer system
Perform other miscellaneous shop duties as required by management
