Davis GMC Buick in Lethbridge is seeking a part-time Express Service Advisor to join their Service Department. This role is responsible for scheduling quick vehicle maintenance, providing accurate work orders, and acting as the first-line customer representative. Requirements

• Experienced background in customer service
• Strong written communication skills to accurately detail customer concerns in each work order
• Exceptional verbal communication skills to develop relationships and ensure customer loyalty
• Active listener with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong work ethic with a positive team attitude
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, courteous manner as they bring their vehicle in for an express service
• Actively listen to customer needs in order to gather the nature of the visit, and to recommend any additional services
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected completion times
• Utilize our database management system to track and follow up with customers for future recommended repairs or maintenance
• Utilize the point-of-sale system to take payments from customers upon pick-up
• Provide additional support in the Service Lane as needed
