About The Position

This role operates within a fast-paced service department dedicated to serving the community's automotive needs. The position emphasizes building lifelong customer relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for clients in the service department. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service, time management, work ethic, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer recommendations effectively.

Requirements

  • High level customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Verifying that work performed and diagnosed by technicians was done properly.
  • Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
  • Inputting and maintaining customer information.
  • Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
  • Scheduling service appointments.
