The Title Express Processor is responsible for assisting auto insurance companies with procurement of vehicle titles, title paperwork, and working with financial institutions and vehicle owners.

Requirements

  • 1 year of office customer service experience
  • HS degree
  • Must live in the United States
  • Proficient in basic office equipment and with Microsoft products
  • Ability to identify/analyze vehicle title documents within company and State guidelines
  • Ability to work closely with State DMVs and Lien Holder entities
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Basic 10 key proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to delegate/prioritize workflow

  • Occasional overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist auto insurance companies with procurement of vehicle titles and title paperwork.
  • Work with financial institutions and vehicle owners.
  • Handle calls from a call queue to answer basic TE questions, give claim updates, and direct callers to the correct party/team.
  • Create and send all documents required per state guidelines for Total Loss Packets.
  • Make initial lien holder calls to secure payoff information, Letters of Guarantee, and Copy of Title.
  • Make initial calls to owners/insureds to inform them of the packet that will be sent.
  • Make follow-up calls to owners/insureds for needed or corrected documents.
  • Make follow-up calls to Lien Holders for documents listed in the initial call.
  • Send out revised packets to owners/insureds as needed.
  • Adhere to internal cycle times and other auditable criteria.
  • Review all mail to ensure documents are compliant per State guidelines (Mail Approvals).
  • Launch the "Okay to Pay" to the Insurance company after final review of file for compliance.
  • Monitor and work a shared inbox to ensure tasks and directives are addressed and completed per company policy, timelines, and contractual obligation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
