About The Position

Bergstrom Cadillac GM of Manitowoc is seeking an Entry Level Technician for their Express Lube department. At Bergstrom Automotive, the mission is to be the recognized leader in delivering outstanding guest experiences every day. This role involves performing fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks, inspecting filters, belts, and other key systems, rotating tires, checking air pressure, and maintaining clean bays. The technician will also provide friendly, informative service to guests. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 4:00 PM or 8:00 am - 5:00 PM, with one Saturday every 3rd week. Requirements

• A can-do attitude and solid work ethic
• Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems
• Rotate tires and check air pressure
• Keep bays race shop clean and organized like a true pro
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest
