Requirements

Previous automotive service experience preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to perform accurate vehicle inspections and identify maintenance opportunities.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn dealership software systems.
Ability to read and interpret manufacturer maintenance schedules.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately.
Complete tire rotations and basic maintenance services.
Replace cabin air filters and other routine maintenance items.
Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections.
Identify and communicate maintenance recommendations based on manufacturer mileage and time intervals.
Utilize dealership computer systems to document inspections and service recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with fellow technicians and service advisors to ensure timely completion of customer appointments.
Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures and standards.
