About The Position

We are seeking a qualified Express Lube Technician with previous dealership experience (technical degree preferred) to join our team. We'll put you on the path to success, from entry-level to top-level Toyota technician and beyond with eligibility towards the Toyota Apprenticeship Career Training (T.A.C.T). We provide a great learning environment for Technicians with continued education and hands-on training.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of tire and/or auto service center experience
• Ability to work independently, effectively diagnose and perform maintenance & light repair
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealership experience
• Technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Test to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly
• Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem
• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
• Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
