About The Position
South Tacoma Honda is hiring Express/Lube Technicians for immediate openings in their busy service department. This role is ideal for individuals with prior automotive experience who are eager to learn, dependable, and looking to grow. The technician will perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections to ensure customer vehicles run safely and smoothly. The position offers hands-on experience in the automotive industry within a supportive, experienced, and tenured service team that values teamwork, efficiency, and quality workmanship. It is a fast-paced environment where contributions are noticed, skills are developed, and the role supports the dealership's success.
Requirements
- Experience is a plus
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Attention-to-Detail
- Willingness to Learn
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Changing oil
- Performing light express vehicle maintenance
- Assisting the service department and technicians as needed
