This includes tasks such as tire rotation, multi-point vehicle inspections, and changing automotive fluids. The technician ensures quality service and maintains high customer satisfaction. This role requires working in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates must have the physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects as needed. A positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are essential. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious attitude
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Physical dexterity to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to perform basic automotive servicing or repair is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs
  • Check and top off or replace fluids including oil, brake, transmission, power steering, differential, and coolant
  • Inspect tire pressure and condition, filters, and windshield wiper fluid
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and comply with regulations and standards
  • Help maintain shop appearance, safety standards, and efficient operations through inventory stocking and general tasks
  • Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
