Express Lube Technician
About The Position
Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh is seeking an Entry Level Technician for their Express Lube team. This role involves performing fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks, inspecting filters, belts, and other key systems, rotating tires, checking air pressure, and keeping bays clean and organized. The technician will also provide friendly, informative service to guests. The schedule offers shifts ranging from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, with an additional $2.00 per hour for Saturday work. Requirements
- A can-do attitude and solid work ethic
- Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks
- Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems
- Rotate tires and check air pressure
- Keep bays race shop clean and organized
- Provide friendly, informative service to every guest
