About The Position

As an Express Lube Technician, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance services following established standards. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and professional appearance
Dependable and customer service oriented
Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
Basic computer and internet skills
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as necessary
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

Nice To Haves

Automotive servicing or repair knowledge is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point vehicle inspections
Check and top-off fluids including engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and transmission fluid
Inspect and replace filters and windshield wiper fluid as needed
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs
Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards
Support shop safety and appearance, including inventory stocking and general maintenance
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
Perform additional duties as assigned
