About The Position

The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance services on heavy equipment located on customer job sites or in a shop setting as needed. Carter Machinery offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, payable in installments after 90 and 180 days of employment. Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to perform responsibilities at customer job site with minimal supervision.
Must possess an excellent driving record.
Ability to obtain a CDL or DOT certification.
Extensive travel required throughout the year.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a shop service environment.
High school diploma or GED, required.

Completing service reports and providing pertinent details for work orders.
Working overtime as required by job and customer demand.
Complying with all safety and environmental requirements.
Efficient use of supplies with limited waste.
