About The Position

Bergstrom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Oshkosh is seeking an Entry Level Technician for their Express Lube department. This role involves performing fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks, inspecting filters, belts, and other key systems, rotating tires, checking air pressure, and keeping bays clean and organized. The position offers a clear career path from Express Lube Technician to Service Manager or Platform Manager. The schedule ranges from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 3 pm. The starting pay is $17.00-$20.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for Saturday work.

Requirements

• A can-do attitude and solid work ethic
• Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems
• Rotate tires and check air pressure
• Keep bays race shop clean and organized like a true pro
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest
