About The Position

Subaru of Wichita is looking for motivated Express Technicians. Competitive pay with a very aggressive performance bonus structure to complement your pay plan. We work on over 1500 vehicles a month, and do not ever run out of work. 5-day work schedule with rotating Saturdays. If you are looking for a lot of hours and have little or no comebacks, we NEED you!

Requirements

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and a Clean driving record
• Must have a great attitude and be willing to constantly learn
• Must be customer-focused and constantly provide a high level of service
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in vehicle maintenance and repair.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in automotive repair or service is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive diagnostics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles.
• Conduct tire services, including rotations and installations.
• Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned
