Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working on a variety of makes and models
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Must work well as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Automotive or express-lube experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and correctly
- Rotate tires and check tire pressures
- Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and other basic maintenance items
- Perform basic fluid checks and top-offs
- Complete vehicle inspections and clearly document findings
- Keep your work area, tools, and shop clean and organized
- Help move vehicles through the shop efficiently
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Assist other technicians when needed
