About The Position

Express Lube Service Consultant at Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay. Bergstrom Automotive is Wisconsin's largest dealership, focused on exceptional guest experiences, innovation, integrity, and team member growth. Requirements

Passion for providing exceptional guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of automotive maintenance is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
Review guests' maintenance needs and clearly explain recommended services.
Prepare repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure timely service completion.
Monitor vehicle status and keep guests informed throughout the process.
Ensure an outstanding guest experience by addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to reflect Bergstrom’s standards of excellence.
