Beckley Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, motivated Lube Tech / Express Lane Technician to join our growing Service Department. Requirements
- Automotive experience preferred, but we will consider motivated candidates willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Rotate and balance tires
- Check and adjust tire pressures
- Inspect brakes, tires, fluids, belts, hoses, and other maintenance items
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- Perform basic maintenance and light repair work
- Communicate needed repairs or maintenance to Service Advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
- Help keep the Express Lane moving efficiently and customers on schedule
