Calavan CDJR is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Express Lane Technician to join our fast-paced automotive service department. Requirements

Previous automotive service or technician experience preferred
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and dependable work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work well with Service Advisors and other technicians
Professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or service needs
Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
Check and maintain tire pressure and inspect tires for wear
Replace batteries, filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and other maintenance items
Perform basic brake and suspension inspections
Assist with basic automotive repairs as directed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Properly document work performed on repair orders
Communicate vehicle concerns and additional service needs to the Service Advisor
Provide quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and productivity
Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
