Courtesy Ford of Norfolk is seeking a skilled and motivated Express Lane Technician to join our team in Norfolk, NE. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quick, efficient vehicle maintenance services to keep our customers on the road with confidence. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks in the express lane.
- Diagnose and resolve minor vehicle issues efficiently using company guidelines and resources.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding service performed and recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and report any vehicle concerns to the appropriate personnel.
