About The Position

Responsible for analyzing the performance of Attractions Operations Team Members to ensure compliance and proper execution of all standard operating procedures for Universal Express. This role involves monitoring, assessing, and documenting the performance of team members regarding Express products and systems, providing feedback, and supporting the development of new processes. The position also includes managing Single Attraction Pass usage and contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities within the Express program.

Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required.
  • 1+ years of Operations Lead experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, conduct and complete Express assessments for all Regular & Casual Attraction Operations Team Members once a quarter to ensure proper training and knowledge of Express products and systems.
  • Document results and provide documented feedback and recognition for individual performance.
  • Escalate unsatisfactory assessment results to Attractions and Express management team for immediate follow-up and resolution.
  • Utilize results of Express assessments to field audit Team Members to ensure proficiency and utilize the results to conduct team shift briefings and 1-on-1 Team Member discussions about areas of focus within their assigned venues.
  • Support the development and implementation of new or modified Express products, processes or controls.
  • Monitor and track all Single Attraction Pass usage and requests and manage the process of venue and management replenishment.
  • Support the Supervisor of Universal Express Operations in the research, definition and documentation of Express trends and data to identify improvement opportunities and to resolve issues while having a strong focus on the integrity of the program.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
