About The Position

Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for its Express Care clinic in Elk Grove, California. The physician will provide compassionate, expert care by diagnosing and treating a variety of health conditions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients’ overall well-being. The role is part of an established care team comprising one physician and three advanced practice providers in a physician-led, patient-focused medical group. The clinic is open seven days a week and offers flexible shift scheduling, including part-time options. The average work schedule is 3.5 days per week and includes some weekend shifts. Full patient coverage is provided when the physician is off duty. A shareholder track is available to eligible new hires. The position offers a guaranteed annual base salary of $300,000–$313,000, a bonus structure, full benefits, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and PSLF eligibility.

Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine through ABMS or AOA.
Active or eligible California medical license.
DEA certification.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Strong clinical skills.
