PRN to assist with additional coverage for vacations, leaves, and access Concierge urgent care model Clinic open 8am-8pm x 365 days per year No call requirements Work with experience staff No appointments necessary Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board Certified
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of IA
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coverage to be provided Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Waverly, and Marshalltown Express Clinics
• Provide medical treatment for minor illnesses and injures
• Excellent assessment skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Provide high quality care to all ages
• Offers select diagnostic tests (x-ray, lab, etc.)
• Prescribe treatment, refer patients for follow up care, and educate patients
