About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash, voted Best of South Carolina and Best of the Upstate, is hiring Full-Time Car Wash Attendants for its Greenville location on Woodruff Road. This role is ideal for energetic, people-focused individuals ready to grow into a leadership role within one of the fastest-growing express car wash teams. The position involves customer service, sales, leadership growth, and outdoor work.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred (but not required).
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to customers and recommending services.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.
• Leadership potential – we promote from within!

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and professional appearance.
• Promote and sell memberships to our Unlimited Wash Club (earn commission for every sale).
• Ensure a great wash experience — guide vehicles safely, check quality, and keep the site spotless.
• Support daily operations, including opening/closing duties, equipment checks, and site upkeep.
• Take initiative and lead by example — this role has real growth potential for those who perform.
