About The Position

Requirements
- 3+ years of air export experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of international air freight documentation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working with airlines and handling high-value cargo preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily international air freight export shipments.
- Supervise and develop air export staff.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations, TSA requirements, and airline regulations.
- Book cargo space with airlines and negotiate competitive air freight rates.
- Review export documentation including AWB, commercial invoices, and AES filings.
- Provide accurate air freight quotations to clients.
- Monitor shipment timelines to ensure on-time flight departures.
- Oversee departmental billing and operational performance.
