The Export Representative will play a key role in keeping global operations running smoothly. This position coordinates international shipments, manages export documentation, and ensures orders reach customers accurately and on time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some formal training in a related field
- Minimum of two years' experience in a related field, with knowledge of products and familiarity with export requirements
- Flexible to assist with weekend shipments as required
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick to adapt to changing priorities and open to taking on additional responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage routine tasks independently, seeking guidance when needed
- Experience with ERP systems; PeopleSoft experience is preferred
Nice To Haves
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily international aftermarket shipments and prepare pro forma invoices
- Manage export documentation and maintain organized shipment records
- Track orders and provide customers with timely shipping updates
- Handle inventory transfers between Provisur locations
- Prepare freight quotations and assist with freight claims
- Collaborate with teams across departments and provide backup support when needed
