Export Logistics Specialist
About The Position
The Export Logistics Specialist is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for and deliver results in the logistics group / function. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Logistics Specialist to join our logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth processing and coordination of ocean export shipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, SAP, and e-commerce logistics. You will play a key role in managing the flow of goods from our warehouse to international destinations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Supply Chain or Logistics or relevant experience.
- Strong background in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be well organized

Responsibilities
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including documentation for customs clearance.
- Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping lines to arrange transportation.
- Address any issues that arise during the shipping process promptly.
- Review and troubleshoot various carrier issues related to overseas shipments, including cargo tracking and documentation.
- Work closely with Global Trade Compliance and handle AMS TC requests
- Supports the freight settlement process for international shipments
