The primary focus of this position will be to provide analytical and specialized administrative support to all aspects of MACOM’s trade compliance program, in particular applying for and managing export licenses. Additional duties will include export classification, recordkeeping, preparation of reports/recommendations, database management, including maintaining accurate trade compliance data in Agile and SAP, order hold/release, denied party screening analysis and other tasks related to MACOM’s trade compliance functionality in SAP, Agile, and CRM, and generally providing support for trade issues as they arise. Some knowledge of customs and HS classification a plus. To be successful, candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy learning, have the ability to problem solve efficiently, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, product management, legal, sales, customer service, planning, manufacturing, logistics and shipping departments.
