As an Export Consolidation Execution Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Developing production plans, performing risk assessments and/or warehouse audits. Leading projects as well as initiatives to ensure a just-in-time material flow from purchase to finished products. Providing transportation support services to assigned plants, product divisions, branches and distribution centers regarding operational issues and cost/service improvement programs. Working with carrier personnel in order to meet service requirements and to perform statistical analysis on routing and distribution methods. You will manage daily consolidation center operations including load planning, order allocation, booking coordination, and container execution, as well as: Oversee OSD processing and ensure timely resolution and documentation Monitor site-level costs, flag variances, and enforce pre-approved spend controls Own yard and pool management activities on-site in coordination with drayage partners Maintain system accuracy across ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms Support knowledge transfer and onboarding during transition from third-party operators Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on cost-per-container reduction Serve as the primary 3M point of contact for all site-level operational matters

Requirements

  • 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree education requirement
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • SAP or equivalent ERP experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ocean consolidation centers, drayage, or export logistics is highly preferred
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently on-site
