About The Position

As an Expo:

You are the voice of communication between the FOH and the BOH. You are an efficient and a hard worker who has a passion for food.
You enjoy running food when needed and ensuring that the kitchen line remains organized even on the busiest shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a Food Handlers certification before employment begins
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required
• 1 plus year(s) of experience in a high-volume establishment is required
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards
• Must have attention for detail, and a passion for serving Guests
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time; capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.; ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the FOH and BOH to ensure efficient communication between
• Have a strong knowledge of the menu to anticipate the needs or requests of our guests
• Maintains the work area in a neat and organized manner
• Understand and execute the proper sequence of service
• Ensure food is prepared within the proper amount of time at the proper temperature
• Ensure all plates are of the highest quality as well as being clean and attractive
• Set up the expo line with all the proper garnishes and supplies required for a full day of business
