About The Position

Craft & Crew Hospitality is looking for an experienced Expo/Host at our lively bar and restaurant in Minnetonka! This role offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in two dynamic positions, both integral to providing a positive guest experience. As a host, you will be the first face our guests see, setting the tone for their dining experience, greeting them, seating them, and ensuring their visit is fantastic. As an expo, you will use your attention to detail and organization skills to ensure quality product reaches our guests every time. Weekend availability is required. The pay rate is $14.00/hr plus tips (typically an additional $7-$13/hr). We are willing to negotiate a higher wage depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the establishment with warmth and charisma.
• Manage reservations and accurately estimate wait times.
• Escort guests to their designated areas.
• Utilize occupancy software (e.g., OpenTable) to track seating availability.
• Provide guests with necessary information, including menu descriptions and server introductions.
• Ensure each dish leaves the kitchen tasting delicious and looking picture-perfect.
• Garnish plates and package carryout orders with precision.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front of house teams to orchestrate seamless delivery to guests.
• Uphold commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
