About The Position

Sunrise Cafe is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Expo (Food Expeditor) to join our team. This vital role serves as the bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring every dish is prepared accurately, presented properly, and delivered promptly to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams
• Verify food orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation before leaving the kitchen
• Organize and prioritize tickets to ensure timely service
• Maintain a clean and efficient expo station
• Assist with food running when needed
• Ensure all dishes meet restaurant standards before being served
• Support smooth operations during busy service periods
