About The Position

Set of X is seeking Exploitation Analysts (EAs) of all skill levels to support critical Intelligence Community missions. In this role, you’ll operate on the front lines of cyber operations leveraging advanced tools and techniques to analyze adversary networks, uncover insights, and drive mission impact. This is an opportunity to work alongside elite cyber professionals on cutting-edge national security challenges.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of networks, cyber operations, and exploitation techniques
  • Experience with data analysis, network security, vulnerability analysis, or related cyber disciplines
  • Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and adapt in dynamic environments
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical findings clearly
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with penetration testing, computer forensics, or systems engineering
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community mission environments
  • Foreign language proficiency (with ILR scores, if applicable)
  • Completion of relevant military training (e.g., JCAC)
  • Relevant experience in computer/network systems, security, or cyber analysis
  • Equivalent experience may include military training (e.g., JCAC) or 18 semester hours of relevant coursework (equivalent to an Associate’s degree)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze adversary networks, defenses, and cyber capabilities to develop and execute exploitation strategies
  • Collaborate with government, military, and contractor teams to align mission objectives and intelligence priorities
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis: form hypotheses, apply analytic techniques, and extract actionable insights
  • Document and communicate findings, including new methodologies and tradecraft, to stakeholders and mission partners
  • Continuously adapt to evolving cyber threats and operational needs
