About The Position

Parsons is seeking candidates with experience in Computer Network Operations (CNO) development and remote access through exploitation to support the Intelligence Community. This role involves providing critical vulnerability research and exploitation development on Android mobile device platforms. The team focuses on taking proof-of-concept exploits and integrating them into a framework, understanding vulnerabilities, and weaponizing them. This position is part of the Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to US government customers for global missions in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or additional years of relevant experience.
Active Top Secret clearance and willingness to obtain CI Polygraph.
Minimum of 5 years of Programming experience using C, C++.
Must have experience with IDAPro and/or Ghidra.
Must have experience with Objdump.
Required experience with GDB.
Experience with processors of various types (x86, ARM, and/or MIPS).
Experience with exploitation development, weaponization and integration.
Must have minimum of 5 years of CNO (Computer Network Operations) development experience.
Experience with remote access through exploitation.
Experience with Vulnerability Research.
Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP.

Nice To Haves

Experience in CNO development.
Understanding of Android development.
Relevant experience with vulnerability research and working with existing toolchains and weaponizing bugs.

Responsibilities

Provide critical vulnerability research and exploitation development on Android mobile device platforms.
