Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Loyalty or Consumer Goods Cloud implementations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices
  • Ability to create technical documentation and solution design documents
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Platform Events
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud implementation and customization
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and implementations
  • Experience working with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management processes
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or middleware platforms, ETL tools
  • Expertise in data migration strategies, data quality, and large-volume data handling
  • Experience with deployment tools such as: Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Lead development activities across Salesforce platforms including: Salesforce Loyalty Management, Experience Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Data Cloud
  • Build and maintain customer-facing portals and communities using Experience Cloud
  • Configure and customize Loyalty programs, rewards structures, tier management, and customer engagement journeys
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, and integration frameworks
  • Perform deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and release management best practices
  • Execute and support data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and administrators to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Implement Salesforce security best practices including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance policies
  • Support production deployments, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and defect resolution
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
  • Contribute to solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices
