About The Position
This is a remote position for an Expert SailPoint Engineer. The role involves diagnosing and resolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). The engineer will proactively manage the incident lifecycle, create and maintain client knowledge articles, SOPs, and scripts, monitor IAM operations, and maintain professional client relationships.
Requirements
- Strong SailPoint developer (IIQ/Beanshell) with Java/ spring boot knowledge
- React JS skill
Nice To Haves
- Ability to learn React JS if not already possessed
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Manage proactively the incident lifecycle, including identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents
- Create and maintain client knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and scripts to restore normal operations
- Monitor IAM operations and escalate incidents to level three support as necessary according to established protocols
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient incident management service and addressing their IAM-related needs
