The Expert Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS). The role focuses on quality governance, standardization, and project support from Proposal phase, prequalification process throughout Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, etc. ensuring alignment with international standards and sector-specific requirements across Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, and Datacenter projects. The position operates primarily in an office-based setting, with site visits required for Project Set up phase, audits and critical milestones. The Expert Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and continuously improving quality standards across all projects and all phases, starting from Proposals, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, regulatory requirements and Client expectations. This role conducts also audits across the Region, mentors staff and drives enhancements in the overall Quality Management System (QMS). The Expert Quality Manager is accountable for managing the Quality program to ensure comprehensive project execution, delivering superior quality and achieving customer satisfaction.
